2. Eligibility
- We accept returns for eligible products within three(3) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Crystals are natural formations and may exhibit unique characteristics such as internal cracks, fissures, or variations in color and texture. These natural features are not considered defects but rather inherent qualities of the product.
- Please note that the presence of internal cracks or imperfections does not affect the metaphysical properties or efficacy of the crystal.
- As such, Dragon City Crystals does not accept returns or provide refunds for products based on the presence of natural characteristics typical of crystals.
- Products that are personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at DLM888@gmail.com within three(3) days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take fourteen(14) business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Shipping Costs
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at DLM888@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the defective or damaged product, including any associated shipping costs.

- We currently do not offer exchanges for returned products.
